Product Description
YZF 26 shaded pole fan motor also known as shaded pole motor,is one of the single-phase AC motors.Shaded pole fan motor are usually a cage type inclined slot cast aluminum rotor is used.
According to the different shape structure of the stator,it is divided into convex pole covered pole motor and hidden pole covered pole motor.
According to the different shape structure of the stator,the shaded pole fan motor is divided into salient pole type shaded pole fan motor and non-salient pole type shaded pole fan motor.
Shaded pole fan motor is mainly composed of rotor assembly,stator assembly,wire package assembly,bracket assembly and connecting fasteners.The rotor assembly is mainly composed of a cast aluminum rotor,a shaft,a thrust washer to prevent the rotor from moving forward and backward,and a gasket to adjust the momentum of the rotor.The stator assembly is mainly composed of short-circuit ring and main stator core.The wire package component is mainly composed of a coil,a skeleton, a lead wire or a thermal protector and related insulating wrapping materials;The support assembly is divided into front support assembly and back support assembly according to the different installation positions of shaft extension end and non-shaft extension end.
