YWF 94-300X Commercial Evaporators Axial Fan

The YWF 94-300X commercial evaporators axial fan is an assembled spindle or motor composed of iron cores and coils. When powered on, the AC commercial evaporators axial fan works by generating a magnetic field through the starting copper block in the motor, while the DC commercial evaporators axial fan works by driving the fan to generate a magnetic field and rotating through the Hall IC. Generally, DC fans are internal rotor structure, and AC fans are mostly internal rotor blades. The fan blade of AC commercial evaporators axial fan has the advantages of light fan blade, easy production and assembly of the motor, and low cost. The blade fan of the commercial evaporators axial fan in the DC rotor generally has a higher speed, is easy to do protection treatment, and the air volume can be much larger than that of the fan in the AC rotor, and can be made into energy-saving control products. Its disadvantage is that the AC rotor fan is easy to damage the motor because of voltage instability, short service life, and the motor temperature rise is high, the speed is low, and the power consumption is large.
