Asynchronous Cooling Condensing Motor
Our company developed Innovatively a new type of fan motor which is YZF TP asynchronous cooling condensing motor with low noise and low vibration,which is very cost-effective and has received countless good feedback from customers.
YZF TP asynchronous cooling condensing motor using the one-time high-speed continuous punching process of galvanized sheets,the concentricity can be controlled within 0.002mm;
The precise concentricity of the YZF TP asynchronous cooling condensing motor reduces the operating noise caused by the friction between the shaft and the bearing, so the vibration of the fan can be almost eliminated;
The noise of the old model of the fan is 68 decibels,while this YZF TP asynchronous cooling condensing motor is 61 decibels (tested at a distance of 5cm from the fan blades),representing an 8-decibel reduction.
YZF TP asynchronous cooling condensing motor four major advantages:
1.Consistency advantage,cold drawn iron sheet end cover,highly stable concentricity
2.Appearance advantage,high casting die,and no burrs on the end cover.
